I have used it just a few times, but it seems to work great I have a 4000 count AstroAI that works great, but I needed more counts to manage my 48V LifePO4 batteries.

The build quality appears to be very good.

Resistance measurement issue resolved

Problem solved!
Other reviews mentioned that the resistance doesn't work when touching probes together
-Answer: when touching the probes together the resistance measurement keeps fluctuating because there is a residue on the probes/leads from the manufacturing process. Needed to rub off with a brown paper bag (or packaging paper). Then the probes worked very well. (The resistance got down to .05 with the probes the prodocut came with, and with a different brand aligator clips it got down to .03. I guess the wiring has a slight amount of resistance in it.)

New Skin on an Old DMM (HT118E)

Nice looking multimeter but on the inside is the brains of the Kaiweets HT118E. If you looks at reviews from Kerry Wong and others, there are no High Voltage protections to meet the advertised claims of CAT III / CAT IV ratings. I chose not to risk potential shock or the device exploding in my hands if it were to be used on anything beyond CAT II.

I decided to return an look elsewhere.
