Pinpointed my RV converter problem in minutes

Bought this to chase down a charging problem on my travel trailer. The batteries weren't taking a charge on shore power, and I needed something to start isolating where the voltage was dropping out. This meter got me there. I checked the AC side coming in, then what was actually reaching the batteries on the DC side, and that's how I narrowed it down to a bad AC to DC converter rather than the batteries or the wiring.
The probes feel solid, the dial has good detents so you're not second-guessing the range, and DC readings were steady and consistent. The backlight is a genuinely nice touch. A lot of my testing happened in a dim storage bay and under the trailer, and being able to read the screen without holding a flashlight in my teeth made the job a lot easier. It's light and small enough to live in the truck, so it's become my grab-and-go meter for quick checks.
Five stars. It saved me from replacing two 6v deep cycle batteries that were actually fine.
