The best thing ever would be buy it over and over I have saved so many people that were battery stranded . The best tool to have in my purse . I also gave one to my beautiful granddaughter

There, in an emergency

Very impressed! Had this for about 6 months now and used twicw to start vehicles with dead batteries. One, a Ford F150 and the other a Toyota Camry. I have carried it in my backpack when traveling so I have a USB charger for all my devices and it worked flawlessly. Recently it was in my truck, in Texas (over 90 degF) for a month, I took it out and it still showed 100% charge. As a precaution I put it on charge and it took a charge for 10 minutes before switching off.

My stopped working but they sent me a replacement

It was fine until it started smoking after I charged it last night. I reached out to customer support and they were sympathetic and sent me a replacement jumper.
