I tried out the pump for the first time and I was impressed with the quality of the product. I inflated a truck tire with about half a charge and pumped it up no problem. When the compressor was running it didn't sound cheap motor.

Incredibly useful and handy device

Trust me on this: Buy it. The air compressor alone is worth the price. Now when I have a low tire, instead of driving to a gas station and paying a buck for compressed air, I just pull this gizmo out of the trunk, connect it to the tire, push one button and let this small but powerful compressor do the job. I don't even have to turn it off when the tire is fully inflated; you set the compressor at the PSI you need and when the tire is inflated the compressor automatically shuts off. Oh, I also use it to inflate my bicycle tires. I've bought two of these things for myself and two more for friends who watched me use it and were so impressed they wanted one for themselves. Come to think of it, this would be a good Christmas gift, particularly for men. (Okay, maybe that seems sexist, but I'm pretty sure a portable air compressor is a gift guys would especially appreciate.)
