Used this item for the first time yesterday and am very pleased. I was able to top off 31psi tires to 36psi in five minutes. The driver side tires were filled first. Then the compressor was passed through the cabin & out the passenger side door to fill the other two tires. There was no problem with the cord length.
There is a spare fuse in the box but the manual does not tell you how to replace the one currently installed. I'm assuming you have to open the DC connector. Also, there's no mention as to whether you replace the spare with a fast blow or slow blow fuse. This information would be nice for those of us who are mechanically challenged.
The accessory storage area only holds two nozzles. Keep the others, and the spare fuse, with the manual. That way you'll know where they're at at all times.
As far as 1st impressions go, the unit was packaged like a precious item. Completely wrapped in plastic and tightly surrounded on for sides with dense, foam packing blocks. Not surprisingly, the compressor arrived without scratches/dents.
First use went off without a hitch. Will update if there are any changes.
