Outstanding customer service. Called them and they replaced the unit free! I expected a fight. No. Very nice. Even paid for the return shipping. I’m impressed. Also loved the air pump.

Great product

Used it for 1st time this morning and it works great. A definite need, especially in winter months!

Good while it lasted. Started acting up just short of one year. Replaced with no hassle.

My original unit Didn’t last a year. Started to malfunction and worldview run when put on bicycle which had some air in tire it would cut out after few seconds. Contacted customer support and they asked for video of unit. Did send them video. Two days later they shipped a replacement which I got today. I consider this excellent service. They did not require the unit that was not performing as expected to be returned.
Very pleased with how it works and how they stand behind their product.

Like most people, I would say the battery is a joke. I guess I will keep the thing, but if I had to do it over again, I would not buy this. I have a old heavy inflator and battery charger and it is way better than this thing.
