I've had this air compressor for almost 3 years now and it has held up really well. I've used it for my truck tires, our car tires and even the tires on my boat trailer. The power cord is long but I could really use another few feet...that would be helpful when I fill my truck tires. But it has been solid and it has saved us many times.

* Low amperage is a good thing for emergency use:
When your loved one inflates their tire in an emergency, you'll be glad this pump uses low amperage so that it doesn't blow the car's fuse, adding insult to the problem. A working pump in an emergency is far superior to a deluxe pump that blows car fuses (I know). It's not a big deal to wait a few more seconds to inflate in an emergency.
Tips:
* Get a silver Sharpie and run it across the buttons so you can see what they say. (or draw on the device)
* Store it in its orange box so you don't lose accessories.
