30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the item is returned to AstroAI’s warehouse, AstroAI will proceed with the refund process.
- Returns must include all accessories
- The original package should be intact
- For non-quality related warranty claims, AstroAI refunds the cost of the product itself
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
How do I return an item?
- You can apply it on order page to initiate a return within 30 days or contact us for further help. Please include the return reason and order number when you reach out to us.
- AstroAI support will send you a reply within 24-48 working hours.
- For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please send a return notification to us with the following information if you ship the product back without our shipping label:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
AstroAI warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and service. This warranty is effective starting from the date of purchase.
AstroAI will replace any products found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility. Warranty length varies depending on the specific product you purchased. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
This warranty is non-transferable. AstroAI is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users’ negligence and abuse, users’ noncompliance with the user manual and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual.
Note: Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process for Quality-Related Issues (please kindly provide us with information as below):
- Order number from online purchases made through AstroAI or AstroAI's authorized resellers
- Visible proof of the defective item(s) (photos or video) and/or its serial number
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection (AstroAl will provide a prepaid shipping label due to product's faults and is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment; buyers should cover the return shipping fee due to personal reasons)
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Improper or inadequate maintenance
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage in return transit
