Just as described. Good for shoveling fresh snow, but not for packed or icy snow requiring chipping. Good for apartments as it can be broken down into 3 parts and stored in included storage bag.

Perfect Shovel for seniors

I love this shovel so light I can shovel myself and the handle extends. The best part it fits perfect in my trunk. As a female senior sometimes no one is around to help.

Pleasantly surprised

It took awhile to get. I forgot it was abled to be dismantled and put into a carrying sack. I'm impressed with how each piece locks into itself. I am impressed with the quality of the materials. It hasn't snowed since I received it, so unable to comment on is performance.

GREAT SHOVEL

I'm in New York and we just got slammed with 24 inches of snow. This snow shovel is EXCELLENT. It cut through every layer till I got to the ground with no problem. It's strong and also light in weight. So glad I invested in this before this insane blizzard. Also, as I am a senior citizen having a smaller shovel is best because you can only put so much snow on it keeping it easier to lift when full.
